"This is the worst place to get insurance through every year. They’re raising up your policy over $200. You’re not getting more coverage though and then a lot of times it’s hard to even get someone to talk to so you’re better off going with a different insurance Company than this one"

"I reached out to end my NC renter's insurance and the agent started a New York policy for me without me mentioning anything about wanting a new policy. Shocking experience! Edit: I filled out the form to get a quote for nyc but that doesn’t mean I requested “urgent purchase” or said anything about wanting the policy. Wow."

We took this as you wanted to replace the NC policy here in your new state of NY. We don’t normally get requests to cancel policies with other agents and where the confusion came from. In the end we were able to reverse the transaction and you will have no coverage here in NY. We wish you the best and sorry for the inconvenience. "
